Do you want to make money?
Who doesn’t? The key to making money is making yourself useful to other people. Think of the people you gave money to over the past day. They were useful to you. You were hungry, so you gave someone a few dollars to cook a meal for you.
Or you needed to get to work, so you exchanged some money at a gas station for some gas to put in your car. Or you needed a place to call home, so you paid a landlord or mortgage company some money, so you have a place to stay.
If you want money, make yourself useful to others.
Maybe you already do make yourself useful for 8 or 12 hours a day. Cleaning houses or flipping burgers are helpful to others. You get $7.25 an hour. Or maybe you get more than that. Maybe you make yourself useful at an office for $25 or $50 an hour. But it’s still not enough.
How do you make even more money? Make yourself even more useful to even more people.
If you invent a gadget that 10,000 people find valuable enough to pay you $100 for it, you will get $1,000,000. If you write a book that 100,000 people want to read for $10, you will get $1,000,000. If you provide a service that 1,000 people will give you $1,000 for, you will also get a million dollars.
To become rich, be the most useful you can be to as many people as possible.
