Tim Ferriss is the author known for the 4-Hour series of self-improvement books. He often refers to his niche as “lifestyle design.” He is also a prolific podcaster. His podcast, The Tim Ferriss Show, is one of the most downloaded podcasts on iTunes.
One of the core tenets of his philosophy is using the 80/20 Rule to become world-class in a short amount of time. He also developed and still promotes the Slow Carb diet, which is a variation of the low-carb diet. His most recent work centers primarily around his podcast, The Tim Ferriss Show.
